West Moreton Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead clinical governance and provide advanced primary health care for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples within the Murrumba Targan Djimbulung Service.

You will apply expanded clinical skills to coordinate complex care, support patients and families, and drive service improvement with a focus on safety, equity and culturally appropriate care.
