As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Redbank operation and drive safety, performance and continuous improvement across the site.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead Production, Warehousing and Dispatch, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and delivered to customers on time.

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll work closely with supervisors and operational teams to improve performance, develop people and drive operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys being visible in the operation, building strong teams and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and promote a strong safety culture across the site.
- Manage Production, Warehousing and Dispatch to achieve operational and customer service targets.
- Drive productivity, quality, DIFOT and cost performance outcomes.
- Lead, coach and develop supervisors and operational teams.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management and site resources.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage operational budgets and monitor key business KPIs.
- Contribute to site and business planning as part of the leadership team.





What You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years' experience leading manufacturing or industrial operations.
- Experience managing production, warehousing and dispatch functions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop teams.
- Experience driving operational improvement and delivering measurable results.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting and KPI management.
- Experience with ERP systems, production planning and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Highly Regarded

- Qualifications in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or Business.
- Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement training.
- Experience within manufacturing, plastics, industrial products or a similar setting.
- Knowledge of ISO management systems.
