The roles

We're growing our delivery team and hiring for:

- Oracle Cloud Technical Consultants — HCM and/or ERP. Our ideal candidate works across both pillars. We'll also consider strong specialists in either.
- Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Consultant
- Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Functional Consultant/Solution Architect

These are full-time roles, and we're looking for permanent employees. You can be based anywhere in Australia. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia; we are not recruiting from overseas at this time.

Technical Consultant — HCM and ERP

You'll own data migration, integration and reporting on Oracle Cloud implementations. You'll work alongside functional consultants and client IT teams from design through to cutover and hypercare.

What you'll do

- Design, build and run data migration: mapping, transformation, load cycles, reconciliation and cutover
- Design and build inbound and outbound integrations with payroll, finance, banking, identity and third-party systems
- Build reports, extracts and formatted outputs, from operational reporting to board and statutory packs
- Write technical specifications, support SIT and UAT, and resolve defects
- Advise clients on integration patterns, and guide client IT teams building their own integrations

HCM technical skills

- HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)
- HCM Extract, experience in outbound interfaces to 3rd party payroll and downstream systems
- Fast Formula
- HCM REST APIs and Atom feeds
- HCM security, roles and data access

ERP technical skills

- File-Based Data Import (FBDI) and ADFdi spreadsheet loaders
- ERP REST and SOAP web services
- BI Cloud Connector (BICC) extracts to a data warehouse
- Conversion of chart of accounts, balances, suppliers, customers, open transactions and assets from legacy finance systems

Integration and reporting skills (both pillars)

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): adapters, orchestration, scheduled and event-driven integrations, error handling
- BI Publisher: data models, RTF and Excel templates, bursting and scheduling
- OTBI analyses and dashboards




- SQL, with PL/SQL an advantage
- SFTP, file-based and batch integration patterns

Highly regarded: experience across both HCM and ERP; Visual Builder Studio or Redwood page extensions; a data warehouse background (for example ADW or Power BI).

ERP Functional Consultant / Lead Consultant

You'll lead finance workstreams on Oracle Cloud ERP implementations. You'll run discovery and fit/gap workshops, design the solution, configure, prototype, test and support go-live. At lead level, you'll also guide the client's finance team and mentor other consultants.

What you'll do

- Run requirements and fit/gap workshops, mapping processes to Oracle standard: adopt first, configure second
- Design the chart of accounts, ledger and enterprise structures with the client's Finance and HR teams
- Configure modules, run prototype walkthroughs (conference room pilots), and prepare design and configuration documentation
- Support data migration mapping and reconciliation, testing, training and post-go-live stabilisation
- Advise on process improvement, controls and delegations of authority

Functional skills

Experience in any or all of the below will be considered:

- General Ledger (Essential): chart of accounts design, account hierarchies, cross-validation rules, allocations and period close
- Payables: suppliers, invoice capture, approvals and payments
- Receivables: customers, AutoInvoice, receipts and collections
- Cash Management and bank reconciliation
- Subledger Accounting
- Financial reporting with Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View and OTBI (is a plus..)

Highly regarded: Fixed Assets, Expenses, Procurement (Purchasing and Self-Service Procurement) and Project Financials. Not-for-profit or public sector finance experience is also valued.

HCM Functional Consultant / Lead Solution Architect

What you’ll do - all levels

- Run discovery and requirements workshops with HR, Payroll and People & Culture teams
- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across one or more areas:
- Core HR, with valuable understanding of Enterprise Design, Work Structures, ESS, MSS Capability, and AI Capabilities.
- Talent: Recruiting, Onboarding/Journeys, Learning, Performance, Goals, Succession and Compensation
- Support data migration, testing, training and go-live,



then help clients get value from Oracle’s quarterly updates
- Translate business needs into clear, practical solution designs

Senior HCM Solution Architect — what you’ll lead

- Own the HCM solution architecture on client engagements: design authority, fit/gap decisions, and integration and data strategy
- Lead functional teams on projects, so the design holds together and delivery stays on track
- Act as a trusted advisor to client HR and IT leaders
- Help grow the HCM practice: shape our offerings, support pre-sales and proposals, and lift our delivery standards
- Coach, mentor and develop consultants, building the next generation of Kyte HCM leaders

What you’ll bring — all levels

- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation or support experience. We’ll match the level to your experience.
- Strong communication skills, and confidence working directly with clients
- A curious, listen-first approach, and an interest in working with AI in delivery
- Oracle HCM certification(s) are highly regarded

What we're looking for (all roles)

- Hands-on delivery on Oracle Cloud implementations across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical, scalable Oracle solutions
- Clear, professional communication with finance, HR and IT stakeholders at every level
- For Senior/Leadership Roles we are looking for consultant with a background in Solution Architecture and who are willing to lead both on client projects and within the practice.
- A collaborative approach, working closely with functional, technical and client teams to deliver on time and to scope
- A degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
- For the ERP Functional Role - People with Accounting Experience, Certification is highly regarded
- Oracle Cloud HCM or ERP certification is highly regarded
- A commitment to continuous learning, especially as Oracle's quarterly releases and AI change how the work gets done
