What You Can Expect

As a DTS/Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist, you will support surgeons in hospitals across Hervey Bay and Bundaberg area as they perform instrument and robotic-assisted surgeries using Zimmer Biomet products. This includes our integrated digital platforms such as mymobility® - a digital platform used to inform care decisions and create a current level of connection between patients and their surgeons.

In this role, you will work closely with medical staff to ensure the proper use of the ROSA® surgical robot and Zimmer Biomet products. You will also help maintain equipment, solve technical issues and provide training and support to hospital teams on Zimmer Biomet technologies and implants.

How You'll Create Impact





- Support instrument and robotic-assisted surgeries using Zimmer Biomet products

- Prepare and manage surgical equipment for each procedure, including ROSA® and mymobility® platforms

- Use mymobility® to support patient care and improve communication between patients and surgeons

- Stay updated on new surgical techniques and provide training on Zimmer Biomet technologies and implants

- Train and support hospital staff in using the ROSA® surgical robot and other Zimmer Biomet products

What Makes You Stand Out

- Tertiary qualifications: in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nursing, Paramedicine or Sports/Exercise Science

- At least 3 years of industry experience

- Passion for healthcare, the human body and advancing technologies to improve the lives of patients

- Curious and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes

- Confidence using and learning advanced medical technology

- Positive and can-do, attitude

- Good understanding of anatomy and kinematics

Travel Expectations

- Frequent travel within region covered - 90%
