Welcome to Blossom and Bloom Therapy Services
GENUINE relationships & FLEXIBILITY that works both ways
Blossom and Bloom is a growing speech pathology practice supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families.
We believe excellent therapy begins with connection. That means getting to know the person behind the goals, building trusted relationships with families and providing thoughtful, evidence-based support that makes a meaningful difference.
We’re looking for a qualified Speech Pathologist to join us as a casual employee, full-time or part-time employee for a minimum of two days per week, with the opportunity to grow your caseload over time.
New graduates encouraged to apply
We’re not building a KPI factory where people are treated like billing machines. We want your time and energy going into being a brilliant Speech Pathologist. A full calendar is not the only measure of being a good clinician and employee. We want you to have time to yourself, to collaborate with the team, and to learn without burning out.
We are building a practice where excellent clinicians can do meaningful work, perform at their best and be supported to build a sustainable caseload.
About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist at Blossom and Bloom, you will provide high-quality assessment, therapy and support to children and families with a range of communication and/or feeding needs. Your caseload will be a mix of private and NDIS clients.
You will have the opportunity to develop your own caseload based on your interests, experience and areas of clinical passion.
The role may include
- Conducting comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments
- Developing individualised therapy plans and meaningful functional goals
- Providing evidence-based intervention tailored to each child's needs
- Supporting children with speech sound disorders, language delays and disorders, social communication,
fluency, literacy and other communication needs
- Supporting children with feeding and/or swallowing needs within your scope of practice
- Monitoring progress and evaluating therapy outcomes
- Preparing clear, professional assessment and progress reports
- Collaborating with parents, carers, teachers, educators and other allied health professionals
- Providing families and support networks with practical strategies to support communication outside of therapy sessions
- Participating in case discussions and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Managing your caseload professionally and effectively
- Participating in career development and reflective practice
- Working within your skilled scope of practice and relevant skilled standards
This could be the right fit if you:
- Genuinely care about your clients and their families
- Build relationships naturally
- Enjoy being recognised and rewarded for the contribution you make
- Are looking for great earning potential and genuine support
What you’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Strong clinical reasoning and a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A family-centred approach grounded in care, respect and collaboration
What you’ll receive:
- Highly competitive rates and incentives. An additional $1000 paid towards PD training courses.
- Flexible working arrangements and clinical autonomy.
- Administration and business support
- A warm, collaborative professional community
- Opportunities to grow your caseload and clinical capabilities
- Recognition for initiative, contribution and high-quality work.
- Regular clinical supervision, mentoring and support.
