About The Role A super exciting and unique opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager that enjoys flexibility in an autonomous role with excellent support and remuneration. The role is a part time, permanent position managing a small, quality portfolio which continues to grow. Working 20 – 30 hours per week with genuine flexibility around those working hours, including the ability at times to work from home, allows for an exceptional work/life balance or family commitments.

Your Responsibilities,

- Managing the day to day operations of a quality portfolio of residential properties in Adelaides southern suburbs.
- Coordinating property inspections, maintenance requests and tenant communication.
- Preparing detailed inspection reports
- Advertising vacant properties and facilitating the tenant application and selection process
- Ensuring properties are well-maintained and that tenants are meeting their lease obligations
- Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation
- Preparation of lease agreements

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Property Management role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently




- Proficient in using property management and administration software such as Property Me, Google Business etc, desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude with a solutions focused mindset.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current Property Management License
- Understanding of SA tenancy legislation
- A team oriented person who enjoys and contributes to a positive work workplace.
