We're seeking an experienced and motivated Partitions & Linings Works Supervisor to join our growing Adelaide team. This role is suited to an experienced supervisor, foreman or leading hand with a strong background in commercial partitions, plasterboard linings and internal fit-out works. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, managing daily works, maintaining quality and productivity, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day partitions and linings works across commercial, residential and/or fit-out projects.
- Lead and coordinate teams of plasterers, partition installers, ceiling fixers, carpenters, apprentices and labourers.
- Plan and allocate daily works, labour, materials, tools and equipment to ensure maximum productivity.
- Coordinate installation of metal framing, plasterboard, internal linings, bulkheads, ceilings, acoustic systems and associated finishing works.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, specifications and construction details.
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements, Australian Standards and relevant manufacturer specifications.
- Monitor workmanship and conduct regular quality inspections to ensure a high standard of finish is maintained.
- Identify and resolve construction issues, variations, access constraints and potential delays before they impact the project.
- Coordinate closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, subcontractors and other trades to ensure works are sequenced efficiently.
- Monitor project progress against programs and provide regular updates on labour, productivity and completion targets.
- Ensure materials are ordered, delivered and available when required, minimising downtime and material wastage.




- Maintain a robust focus on site safety and ensure all team members follow WHS requirements, SWMS and company procedures.
- Mentor and develop team members, apprentices and leading hands, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
- Maintain accurate records relating to progress, labour, materials, quality and site issues.
- Assist with measuring, take-offs, estimating and variations where required.

Skills & Qualifications

- Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry, Plastering, Drywall/Partitions or a related construction trade.
- Demonstrated experience supervising partitions, plasterboard and internal linings works.
- Strong understanding of metal framing, plasterboard systems, acoustic/fire-rated systems, ceilings and internal fit-out construction.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate trade teams while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and meet project deadlines.
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence.
- Experience with construction management software and digital reporting systems is desirable.
