- Prepare draft sponsorship agreements on MSA's standard terms, referring all pricing, variations and non-standard terms to the Operations Manager for approval; and coordinate campus activations, product deliveries (online and onsite), and event bump-in/bump-out processes.
- Assist the Operations Manager to update and produce MSA's sponsorship and partner prospectus, collating content from across the organisation and maintaining current versions.
- Contribute to the annual engagement plan and revenue targets set by the Operations Manager, and support delivery against those targets.
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities for major MSA events, including Orientation Festival and Mid Year Festival.

maintaining effective working relationships and ensuring agreed sponsorship benefits are delivered to a high standard.
- Prepare renewal documentation for ongoing partnerships for the Operations Manager's consideration, and provide timely responses to routine partnership enquiries.

- Update and maintain MSA's digital media assets, including digital screens, the website, social media posts, and any other digital media asset.
- Keep informed of industry trends, market developments and emerging sponsorship models relevant to the higher education and not-for-profit sectors, and provide relevant information to the Operations Manager.
- During peak periods, provide day-to-day direction and guidance to casual staff rostered to sponsorship activations.
- Promote MSA sponsorship opportunities to external stakeholders using approved MSA marketing materials and messaging.
- Refer all non-standard, multi-year, high-value or reputationally sensitive sponsorship proposals to the Operations Manager for decision.
- Any other tasks or projects as directed by your supervisor or management.
