/n About the role Black Truck & Ag’ is seeking a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team in Chinchilla, QLD. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to customers, ensuring they receive the right parts and accessories for their vehicles and equipment. /n What you’ll be doing /n /n

- /n Assist customers in-person, over the phone, and via email to identify and locate the appropriate parts and accessories for their needs /n
- /n Utilize your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to provide accurate and timely information to customers /n
- /n Maintain inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve product availability /n
- /n Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience /n
- /n Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and returning customers /n
- /n Participate in regular training to stay up-to-date with new products and industry developments /n /n What we’re looking for /n /n
- /n Relevant experience in a parts interpretation or customer service role within the automotive or agricultural industries /n
- /n Strong technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle and equipment parts and accessories /n




- /n Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to provide explicit and concise information /n
- /n Proficient in using computerised inventory and ordering systems /n
- /n Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure /n
