$120 - $130k + super | 7-month contract (possible extension) | North Sydney

Our client is an Australian healthcare organisation that believes everyone deserves somebody in their corner. Every day, they work to remove the barriers that stop people getting care.

They need a marketer who brings a little creativity and a lot of know-how to connect people with that care. Think introducing a new medical centre to the neighbourhood, or helping someone discover a service they didn’t know was available.

Your marketing skills could do some good here.

What you’ll get stuck into

Working with the Head of Marketing, you’ll have plenty to keep both sides of your brain busy:

- Building, testing and troubleshooting journeys, segments and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Writing emails, SMS, web and app content that sounds human.

- Bringing local campaigns, centre launches and membership initiatives to life.

- Briefing agencies, organising photoshoots and keeping creative on track.

- Checking the results and figuring out what to try next.

A bit about you

You’ve been hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.



You’ve built the journeys yourself, worked through the hiccups and know your way around segmentation and automation. This one’s a must.

You also bring strong copywriting skills, five or more years in marketing and a knack for getting campaigns out the door. You’re comfortable working with agencies and stakeholders, and happy switching between planning and doing.

Agency or in-house? Either works. Healthcare, regulated industries, membership or loyalty experience would be a bonus.

And the practical stuff

- Seven-month fixed-term contract, with a possible permanent opportunity afterwards.

- Early December 2026 start expected.

- Full time in the North Sydney office, with limited flexibility.

- Some medical centre visits, which will involve driving.

- A social team that enjoys lunches and drinks together.

You’ll need full Australian working rights. The interview process includes a copywriting exercise.
