Job Title : Performance NFT Testing

Location : Sydney

Mode: Permanent

- End-to-end ownership and delivery of Performance Testing activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and K6.
- Manage and execute Non-Functional Testing (NFT) strategies, including Performance, Resiliency, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Testing.
- Prepare, maintain, and track test plans, test executions, and test evidence using JIRA/Xray.
- Generate and present test execution reports, performance analysis reports, and test summary reports for stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder communication and coordination for NFT prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and timeline alignment.
- Manage performance testing artifacts, version control,



and CI/CD pipeline automation using GitLab.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, application owners, and upstream/downstream system teams for test planning, workplace readiness, and execution support.
- Ensure governance, documentation, and traceability of all non-functional testing deliverables and outcomes.
