About the Role

Multiple Permanent Part time shifts available in a stand-alone residential aged care home in Highgate Hill providing personalised support to older adults, many of whom come from a Greek cultural background. You will provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance within a small, dedicated team in a homelike setting.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

2 x PPT AM AINs to work approx. 60hrs/fortnight (Must be available Tuesday-Friday every week)

2 x PPT PM AINs to work approx. 48hrs/fortnight (Must be available Monday-Friday every week)

3 x PPT ND AINs to work 64hrs/fortnight (Must be available Monday-Thursday + Sundays)

What You’ll Bring

Essential

✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent

✔ Unlimited work rights in Australia – No work/hours restrictions

✔ At least 1-year previous experience in residential aged care

✔ Available to work 3-4 shifts per week In Addition

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

· Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain.

· Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required for residential aged care.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide high-quality personal care, emotional support, and daily living assistance

· Work within a small, dedicated team in a homelike environment





· Support residents in a culturally respectful way, including understanding Greek traditions, values, and communication styles
