About the role

You'll be the go-to person for earthworks and site preparation across residential projects. Your day-to-day will include operating excavators, posi tracks and mini loaders, driving tipper and flat bed trucks, and delivering and collecting machines and materials to and from sites.

Key responsibilities

- Operating excavators, posi tracks and mini loaders up to 6t
- Digging footings and piers, trenching, demolition, backfill and compaction
- Driving tipper and flat bed trucks
- Delivering and collecting machines and materials to and from sites
- Using laser guidance for levels and set-out
- Daily servicing of plant, including greasing and fluid checks

About you

- Proven experience operating excavators and loaders on construction sites
- Some experience with laser levels and guidance
- Basic understanding of daily machine servicing
- Current White Card
- Manual MR driver's licence (required)
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused,



with a good attitude on site
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Looking for a long-term role with a stable employer
- RII qualifications or course experience (bonus)
