About the role

As a Personal Care Worker with Churches of Christ, you will support older adults with their daily living activities, delivering compassionate care that helps them maintain dignity and independence. You will work as part of a care team, building meaningful relationships with the people you support.

What you'll do

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support residents with mobility, personal hygiene and meal times
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with the wider care team
- Create a secure, respectful and welcoming environment

- Reliable, conscientious and team-oriented
- Ability to treat residents with dignity and respect
- Willing to undertake relevant training

Permanent full-time employment at $78,750 to $89,250 per year (based on experience and qualifications). You'll be part of a supportive care team in a values-driven organisation with a strong reputation in aged care.
