We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient outcomes through the provision of qualified services and expert medication advice in a supportive and collaborative environment. /n /n The Role: /n /n Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and a skilled team of health professionals, you will provide forward-facing support to patients, offer expert medication advice, and actively participate in the delivery of routine and advanced pharmacy professional services. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Dispense prescription medications and check work completed by others for accuracy /n /n Provide counselling on medications and health products /n /n Deliver routine and advanced professional services (e.g. meds checks, vaccinations, sleep apnoea, wound care) /n /n Support dispensary workflow and assist with stock management and PBS processing /n /n Offer expert advice to customers and liaise with other healthcare providers /n /n Train and mentor interns, pharmacy assistants, and dispensary technicians /n /n Contribute to reporting, compliance activities,
