Saunders & Co is a boutique Sydney agency that represents, books and champions some of the best creative talent working today. Led by Gary Saunders, we connect photographers, motion and video creatives, hair & makeup artists and stylists with brands who want work that stands out. Our roster spans seasoned global names and emerging talent working in Australia and Internationally. We’re small, agile and hands-on.

The role

We’re looking for a mid-level Producer to be the engine room of our bookings. You’ll be the go-to person between our talent and our clients, keeping shoots moving, crews locked in to endable talent creativity to be in focus. Youll need to be culturally swtiched on, as the client base is heavy centred on fashion, celebrity, music, and a mix of editorial & advertising.

What you’ll do

- Book and schedule crew: photographers, assistants, motion, hair & makeup and styling
- Manage holds from first ping to confirmation and release across multiple jobs at once
- Coordinate castings, sessions and shoot logistics
- Be the first point of contact for clients,



turning briefs into well-crewed productions
- Look after our talent: build relationships, support their careers and keep their profiles sharp
- Prepare call sheets, quotes, talent profiles and production documents that look as valuable as the work

What you’ll bring

- Experience in talent booking, casting or production (agency, studio or production house)
- A great eye: strong written and visual editing skills
- Calm, organised juggling. You can run several jobs in parallel without dropping a detail
- Warm, confident communication with creatives and clients
- A real love of photography, fashion, beauty and the wider creative industry
- Bonus: an existing network of crew or clients across Australia
