Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced casual Plant Operators to join our team. Front End Loader Operators and Hi Rail Operators

Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
- RIIMPO320F/ RIIMPO321F essential
- Track Vehicle Operator & RIW essential
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
