Optiflow Plumbing is expanding, and we're looking for motivated 3rd Year Apprentices, 4th Year Apprentices and Qualified Plumbers to join our growing Melbourne-based team.

We specialise in residential maintenance plumbing, working closely with established real estate agencies and property managers throughout Melbourne.

We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their workmanship, communicate professionally and want to be part of a supportive, well-organised team.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Attending residential properties to diagnose and rectify plumbing issues.
- General plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations.
- Hot water system servicing, repairs and replacements.
- Tapware, toilets, fixtures and fittings.
- Blocked drains,



drainage repairs and leak investigations.
- Communicating professionally with tenants, homeowners and property managers.
- Completing job notes, photographs and documentation through our job management system.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, presentation and customer service.

What We're Looking For
- 3rd or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice, or Qualified Plumber.
- Current Victorian driver's licence.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, appropriate to experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail.
- Professional and respectful attitude when dealing with customers.
- Willingness to learn, develop and contribute to the team.

Previous residential maintenance plumbing experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
