Practice Manager (part time, 3-4 days per week)

Vital Culture is recruiting on behalf of a growing aesthetic clinic in Perth's inner north.

The clinic is founder led and credentialed. It is known for considered care and a team that does the right things well. It is growing. The founder needs a Practice Manager who will look after the whole clinic on Wednesday to Friday.

The role

You will look after the people, the patient experience, the systems and the numbers. You will see how each one affects the others. You will keep the clinic running so the clinical team can give their attention to patients. You will also bring ideas for growth forward as a plan the founder can say yes to.

About you

- You have managed a clinic, practice or service business with a team of your own.




- You are comfortable with a profit and loss statement and just as comfortable with a patient or a colleague who is having a hard time.
- You are organised, discreet and steady under pressure.
- You have used practice management or booking software. Aesthetics experience is welcome but judgement matters more.
- You are happy to work on the floor with the team as well as lead it (patient facing position)
