With our collective knowledge, support and fantastic culture, you’ll be empowered to become the best version of yourself. /n /n Join us to help fulfil our purpose of making your place a better place. /n /n Make the right choice /n We are looking for a Product Manager to support and deliver growth across our retail portfolio through the execution of product initiatives, New Product Development (NPD), and in-market performance. /n /n Working closely with the Portfolio Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products to market, supporting portfolio optimisation, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring successful retail execution across New Zealand and Australia. /n /n This role can be based in either Melbourne or Brisbane – choose the location that works best for you. /n /n What you’ll be doing /n /n

- Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver successful market outcomes.

- Identify market trends, consumer insights and growth opportunities to support innovation, portfolio growth and category performance.

/n

- Support portfolio planning, range optimisation and product rationalisation initiatives to ensure an effective and competitive product offering.

/n

- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to deliver product, pricing and commercial objectives.

/n

- Develop customer-facing materials and support retail execution activities, including presentations, trade marketing collateral, training content and range reviews.

/n

- Monitor competitor activity and maintain accurate product information,



specifications and documentation to support informed decision-making and successful product delivery.

/n /n What you’ll bring with you /n /n

- Experience in product management, product development and/or marketing, supported by a relevant tertiary qualification.

/n

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced workplace.

/n

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.

/n

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

/n

- A proactive, self-motivated and continuous improvement mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

/n

- FMCG or consumer products experience would be advantageous, along with exposure to AI tools that improve insights, reporting or project management effectiveness.
