CoreStaff is recruiting Factory Workers and Machine Operators for an established Australian manufacturer in Adelaide. Multiple opportunities are available across production, packaging and machine operation.

These positions are open to Australian citizens and Australian permanent residents only.

You must be available for weekly rotating shifts.

These positions require availability Monday to Friday across all three shifts:

- Day shift
- Afternoon shift
- Night shift

The roster rotates weekly. Fixed shifts cannot be offered, and applicants available for only one or two shifts please don't apply. These positions commence as casual assignments through CoreStaff, with the opportunity to transition into permanent full time employment with our client following an initial three month period. Transition is subject to performance, attendance, business requirements and client approval.

Your duties will depend on your position and experience, and may include:

- Working on production and packaging lines.
- Operating and monitoring machinery in accordance with training and procedures.
- Packing, labelling and checking finished products.
- Completing quality checks and reporting faults or production issues.
- Cleaning equipment and maintaining a protected, hygienic work area.
- Following food safety, PPE and workplace safety requirements.

To be considered, you will need:

- Reliable attendance, punctuality and a willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- The ability to perform the role’s manual handling and standing tasks safely, with reasonable adjustments where required.
- A commitment to teamwork and maintaining production standards.
- Availability for all three shifts on a weekly rotating roster.
