- About the Role:
- We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Grader and Extruder Operator to join our production team.

This hands-on role is responsible for operating both Soy & Non-Soy Grading lines, as well as the extruder line for stockfeed production. The role is a full-time position (40 hours per week). No prior experience?

No problem – Full training will be provided, but a willingness to work in a hands-on, physical role is a must! Competitive starting rate above award wages, with pay increases based on skill development and job performance.

- Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor soy and non-soy grain grading lines
- Run the extruder line to produce stockfeed products
- Conduct in-process product testing (eg, Perten tests, sieve analysis, urease testing, temperature checks, magnet checks,



checking silo levels etc) to ensure products meet specifications
- Use computer systems to control and monitor grading equipment
- Accurately complete all production records and documentation
- Perform equipment clean downs and general cleaning of production areas
- Change grading screens and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Weigh and label bulk bags using pallet scales and touchscreen label system
- Operate a forklift
- Fill IBCs with Soybean Oil
- What we’re looking for
- Forklift licence (required)
- Experience in grain processing, feedmill or manufacturing setting (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for operations systems and entering data
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
