We are currently hiring an experienced Production Supervisor for our client who is a well-established food manufacturing business in Dudley Park.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all manufacturing activities and ensure every product meets customer expectations, quality standards and legal requirements. Reporting to the Manager, you will lead the production team, stay hands-on with product preparation, and drive efficiency and improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all manufacturing activities and liaise with staff to achieve maximum processing efficiency
- Ensure all product conforms to customer expectations, needs and legal requirements
- Ensure all product is prepared and packed in line with company Quality Systems and HACCP
- Be hands-on in the preparing, mixing and cooking of all products
- Perform quality assurance and carry out checks as set out on formulation sheets
- Ensure cleaning and sanitation is maintained as per documented procedures




- Assist with production and equipment changeovers when required
- Assist with new formulation development
- Provide feedback on system, formulation and processing improvements

What You Bring To succeed in this role, you will bring experience managing or supervising production in a food manufacturing setting, along with:
- Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety and quality systems
- Experience with formulations, batching and quality assurance checks
- Food Safety Supervisor certificate (an advantage)
- Proven ability to lead a team and improve processing efficiency
- A hands-on approach and willingness to step into production when needed
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
