Position: Program Manager – Pega

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong, proven experience managing Pega-based projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering complex Pega implementations, upgrades, integrations and digital transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based programs, including planning, execution, governance and implementation.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Pega platforms, including Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega Customer Service, Pega Platform and relevant workflow automation solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Pega architects, developers, business analysts, QA, infrastructure and integration teams.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects and senior management to align program outcomes with business objectives.
- Oversee Pega implementation, configuration, customisation, system integration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Establish program governance, reporting frameworks, RAID management, financial controls and escalation processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, third-party dependencies, resource allocation and delivery commitments.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, quality and project management standards.




- Identify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates, executive reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and successful business adoption of Pega solutions.

Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Strong Pega project/program management experience is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale Pega implementations, transformation programs or platform upgrades.
- Good understanding of Pega architecture, application development lifecycle, workflow automation and business process management.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex technology delivery environments.
- Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, vendors and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Pega Customer Service or other Pega enterprise solutions.
- Pega certifications or formal project/program management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or MSP.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications or other large enterprise environments.
- Experience managing cloud migration, enterprise integrations, digital transformation and business process modernisation initiatives.
