We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with strong hands-on project delivery experience in Pega-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering Pega initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based projects and programs.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical delivery,



and program objectives.
- Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Key Requirements
- Solid and proven experience managing Pega-based projects — mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in program or project management within complex IT environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in program planning, risk management, budgeting, and delivery governance.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive delivery outcomes.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
