About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a Senior Program Manager across three concurrent projects with our client.

The projects span Operational Technology (OT) upgrades, enterprise data transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), offering an chance to contribute to a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives.

This role will play a key part in project governance, planning, reporting, financial administration and stakeholder coordination, ensuring project activities and deliverables align with organisational standards, governance frameworks and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestone documentation, status reports and project closure documentation.
- Coordinate project governance activities, ensuring documentation, approvals and deliverables meet established standards.
- Maintain project schedules, resource allocations, forecasts, baselines and cross-project dependencies.
- Support project budgeting, financial reporting, monthly accruals, invoice processing and purchase requisitions using SAP and portfolio management systems.
- Track project risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies, and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Prepare Project Board papers, presentations,



meeting minutes and action registers.
- Coordinate project onboarding, stakeholder meetings, workshops and key project events.
- Monitor resource reporting, timesheets, cost codes and statement-of-work utilisation.

Skills and experience

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, program support, PMO or project administration within a complex organisation.
- Experience in the energy, electricity, utilities or power infrastructure sector will be highly regarded.
- SAP experience, particularly with purchase requisitions, contract requests, invoice processing, financial administration and monthly accruals, or the ability to learn quickly.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including generative AI, machine learning and related technologies, with an interest in supporting AI project delivery and governance.
- Exposure to Operational Technology (OT), power monitoring systems, cybersecurity standards or critical infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
- Understanding of data transformation, ETL processes, data integration or enterprise data platforms will be beneficial.
