About the role

This role sits at the centre of a diverse, cross-functional network. You will work with local, regional and global teams to progress new active ingredients, regional portfolio initiatives and strategic projects from planning through to delivery. Your ability to create clarity, maintain momentum and bring the right people together will be central to success.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of product lifecycle and portfolio projects across ANZ.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring priorities, milestones, risks and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
- Partner with global and regional product-line leaders to translate strategy into practical local delivery.
- Enable timely, well-informed decisions and resolve barriers that could affect project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen delivery discipline and improve productivity.
- Connect project activity to commercial, customer and portfolio outcomes.

About you





- Proven project management experience in a complex, matrixed setting.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- Sound commercial judgement and an ability to balance strategic objectives with practical delivery.
- A structured, proactive approach to managing multiple priorities, ambiguity and change.
- A collaborative and accountable leadership style, with the confidence to challenge constructively and move work forward.
- Experience in agriculture, crop protection, life sciences or another regulated product environment will be highly regarded.
