/n /n AUSPAN are now inviting a Project Manager to join our tight knit team to assist with the delivery of building projects across metro and regional sites in WA. This role suits a hands-on PM who takes full ownership of safety, programme, cost, quality and client relationships. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- End-to-end project delivery: site, programme, budget and quality

/n

- Safety leadership, site compliance and subcontractor onboarding

/n

- Subcontractor performance management

/n

- Client relationship management including variations and programme

/n

- Procurement coordination and resource planning

/n





- Project administration using MS Project & Procore

/n

- Accurate progress, cost-to-complete and risk reporting

/n /n About You – Skills & Experience /n /n

- Proven experience delivering design and construct projects

/n

- Working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia

/n

- Confident managing multiple work fronts and subcontractor packages

/n

- Focused on programme and budget

/n

- Procore experience highly regarded

/n

- Commercially aware with sound judgement under pressure

/n

- Practical, solutions-focused, and genuinely hands-on

/n /n Minimum Requirements /n /n

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening

/n

- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence

/n

- Solid commitment to health, safety and environmental standards

/n

- Collaborative leadership style with effective conflict resolution skills
