C2 is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Building Engineering Services to lead the delivery of critical facilities projects across telecommunications and data-centre environments.

You’ll manage end-to-end projects that protect network reliability, safety and performance—working across building infrastructure, specialist contractors, internal stakeholders and technical teams.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver building engineering services projects from scope through to completion

- Manage upgrades across substations, generators, air-conditioning systems, façades, energy-efficiency controls and data-centre fitouts

- Coordinate projects involving AC power infrastructure, fire detection and protection, building works and emergency power systems

- Lead project planning, reporting, financial controls, procurement and vendor performance

- Review scopes, designs and quotations to ensure compliance, quality and value

- Develop feasibility studies, business cases, project briefs and delivery plans

- Monitor contractor performance, safety, quality, schedule and budget outcomes

- Build strong working relationships with planners, technical specialists, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

- A degree in Engineering or a related discipline

- Around 5+ years’ experience in project delivery, building services, construction management or critical infrastructure

- Experience working across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, data-centre or facilities infrastructure

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulatory requirements and compliance obligations

- Proven capability in contractor and vendor management, project controls, budgeting and stakeholder engagement
- A track record of delivering complex projects safely,



on time and within budget

- Telecommunications, network facilities or data-centre experience will be highly regarded.

You’ll work on meaningful infrastructure programs where quality delivery, sound technical judgement and strong stakeholder partnerships make a direct difference.
