Sydney | Major Residential Development | Established Head Contractor An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager to join an established Sydney head contractor delivering a landmark $270m Class 2 residential development.

This is a significant, high-profile project offering the opportunity to take ownership of delivery, lead an experienced project team and work closely with senior management.

The Opportunity

- Manage the delivery of a $270m Class 2 residential project, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate the project team, including Contract Administrators, Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors.
- Oversee procurement, design coordination, construction methodology and project programming.
- Drive commercial performance, manage project risks and maintain solid cost control.
- Build effective relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with NSW Class 2 residential construction requirements and quality standards.
- Report directly to senior management on project progress, financial performance and delivery milestones.

About You





- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor or established developer-builder.
- Strong background delivering large-scale Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments.
- Experience managing complex projects, ideally valued at $100m+.
- Strong commercial acumen, programme management and construction delivery capability.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage key stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of NSW construction regulations, quality requirements and project delivery processes.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style.
