We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - SAP Identity to lead a large, complex implementation with a strong focus on SAP security, identity and access management (IAM), and cybersecurity.

This role will coordinate delivery across Cyber Security, SAP Security, Infrastructure, application teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of a large-scale SAP implementation with a security focus.
- Coordinate complex workstreams across SAP, cybersecurity, infrastructure, applications and business teams.
- Manage executive stakeholders, implementation partners and multiple technology vendors.
- Oversee project governance, SteerCo reporting, risks, dependencies, audit and compliance.
- Manage budgets, business cases, commercial negotiations and benefits realisation.
- Ensure alignment with identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties and privileged access requirements.
- Support organisational readiness and adoption in collaboration with change management teams.

About You

You will bring

- Proven experience delivering large, complex SAP transformations,



upgrades, cloud migrations or security-focused programmes.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, system integrators, budgets and complex delivery dependencies.
- Solid programme governance, risk management and reporting capabilities.
- An outcome-focused approach, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
- The ability to operate effectively in complex, high-stakes environments.

Highly Desirable

- Knowledge of SAP IDM, SAP IAG, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt or CyberArk.
- Understanding of IAM governance, identity lifecycle management, segregation of duties and privileged access.
- Experience in utilities, energy or critical infrastructure.
- Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption.
