- Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 130 properties.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

- Handling tenant and landlord enquiries.




- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Working closely with a supportive and experienced property management team.
