Key responsibilities

- Effective communication with owners and tenants
- Completing lease renewals
- Booking and conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required
- Managing day-to-day property management responsibilities

About you

- Experience within a property management environment
- Outstanding communication skills
- Use of Property Me and Inspection Express
- Customer service orientated with high attention to detail




- A professional working manner and personal presentation
- A team player
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
