Psychologist (Contractor) – Flexible, Supportive, and Team-oriented Environment

You'll have the independence of private practice without the hassle of practice setup. This is a shared revenue and billing model.

What We’re Looking For We’re seeking experienced psychologists who value independence and want the flexibility of private practice without the hassle of practice set-up.

Essential Requirements:

- Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) with at least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport with clients
- Commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered care
- Ability to work independently while appreciating professional connection
- Experience supporting clients throughout the lifespan (depending on your area of expertise)
- Experience in assessments (ADHD, autism, cognitive, academic, etc.) is desirable but not essential

Your Responsibilities as a Contractor

- Provide psychological services in accordance with APS Code of Ethics and all relevant professional obligations.
- Maintain responsibility for clinical work, session notes, and client confidentiality.
- Manage your own schedule and caseload, ensuring a balance between client care and admin.
- Maintain AHPRA registration, professional indemnity insurance, and a Medicare provider number.
- Uphold high standards of client care and communication, ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.
