About the Role

Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to parts inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Sourcing and Ordering: Collaborating with our suppliers and utilising our robust database to seek quotes, source and order the required parts, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

- Process requisitions and delivery documents,



allocate and price parts for workshop quotes and retail invoicing

- Dispatching of freight to customers

- Participate and engage with supervisors and management in sourcing, stock control, auditing and stock-taking

- Administration and hands-on parts interpretation work and duties

About you

- Sound basic computer skills

- Analytical, methodical and strong mathematical ability
- A current drivers licence

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and quality phone manner
- The ability to multitask and prioritise work loads
- A positive, outcome focused attitude
