/n Lead and maintain all aspects of clinical governance, incident management, and quality assurance systems /n Develop and manage the QDMS, version control protocols, and compliance registers /n Facilitate continuous improvement (PCI) and lead audit cycles across clinical and operational services /n Deliver and oversee competency-based clinical education aligned with regulatory training obligations (e.g., ED online, CPD) /n Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), clinical risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions /n Ensure timely and accurate submission of board-level quality and compliance reports /n Manage document silos, risk registers, and lead continuous planning /n Provide strategic oversight of workforce development, rostering integrity,



and clinical escalation protocols /n Representing the Quality, Education & Development (QED) function on the Clinical Governance Review Team (CGRT) and Quality Compliance Advisory Board (QCAB) /n Champion a culture of resident-centered care and continuous improvement in resident outcomes /n Act as a liaison with residents, families, and external stakeholders on quality and education matters /n Stay abreast of current research and best practices in aged care quality and education /n Provide mentorship and support to staff in implementing quality initiatives and educational programs /n
