Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a well-regarded Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Perth. Supporting two highly respected Partners and a team of lawyers, this role offers exposure to complex litigation matters within a collaborative and skilled environment.

The Role

- Provide high-level administrative and litigation support, including diary management, document preparation, court filings, and management of litigation deadlines.
- Assist with the compilation of court books, briefs to counsel and experts, document management, conflict checks, and matter administration.
- Support billing processes, client reporting requirements, and the day-to-day operational needs of Partners and lawyers within the team.

About You





- You will ideally have at least three years' experience as a Legal Assistant within a litigation practice.
- You will demonstrate strong communication and client service skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
- You will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
