Australian Academy of Hospitality and Management (AAHM) is a Registered Training Organisation offering vocational education in hospitality, kitchen management, leadership and management, accounting and other disciplines. We are seeking an experienced and organised Education Manager to oversee education and training delivery, support our teaching team and promote continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.

About the role

You will plan, coordinate and oversee education and training programs, develop operational schedules and program objectives, and monitor the effectiveness and quality of delivery. You will also ensure appropriate learning resources and facilities are available to support education programs.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate and oversee the delivery of education and training programs.
- Develop education plans, operational schedules and program objectives.
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of education programs.
- Review educational programs and recommend improvements where required.




- Supervise and coordinate education and training staff.
- Allocate duties, workloads and responsibilities to education staff.
- Coordinate the development, review and improvement of curriculum and learning materials.
- Monitor student enrolment, attendance, participation, progression and completion.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for education and training activities.
- Ensure education activities are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, regulations, organisational policies and procedures.

About you

- Experience in education program management or a related field.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate education and training staff.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and learning resource management.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
