Boral Asphalt is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead our NSW team from Seven Hills, NSW. You will shape strategy, strengthen market position and drive profitability across civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage Estimators and Key Account Managers, guide tendering, pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate with Operations to optimize supply chain and project delivery.
