- Strong structure through finishes experience
- Excellent QA/documentation discipline
- DBP Act understanding
- Waterproofing/inspection/compliance knowledge

- Procore exposure advantageous
- Able to lead a properly resourced site team
- Proactive and accountable
- Comfortable putting hand up early where support is required
- Collaborative — not an old-school "my way or the highway" Site Manager
- High standards around presentation and quality

Remuneration: circa $210K, individual-dependent.
