An excellent prospect is available for a Specialist General Practitioner / Family Physician to join a newly operational, corporate mixed-billing medical practice located approximately 22 km from Canberra CBD, within the rapidly growing northern Canberra corridor.

The practice benefits from a central, highly accessible location with direct access to public transport, including the Canberra Light Rail, and ample free on-site parking. The patient catchment includes Gungahlin and surrounding suburbs such as Forde, Franklin, Bonner, Amaroo, Palmerston, Moncrieff, Casey, Ngunnawal, Crace, Harrison, Jacka and Throsby.

Purpose-built and modern, the clinic is designed to support efficient, high-quality primary care. Co-located pharmacy and radiology services, together with on-site pathology, enhance clinical workflow and patient convenience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to booked and walk-in patients
- Manage a standard 40-hour working week
- Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order appropriate investigations and coordinate specialist referrals
- Optional participation in evening and weekend clinics

Remuneration & Benefits
- 70% fee-for-service split
- Income guarantee of AUD 150 per hour for the first 3 months
- Earning potential in excess of AUD 400,000 per annum
- Relocation allowance of AUD 20,000
- Minimum two-year contract
- Visa sponsorship available for the doctor and eligible family members

Eligibility Requirements
- Primary medical qualification with recognised specialist certification in General Practice / Family Medicine
(e.g. MRCGP, FRACGP, CCFPC, ABFM or equivalent)
- Eligibility for AHPRA registration (specialist or general pathway)
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
