Workforce Manager, specifically for a Kronos (UKG) Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

- Technical-based manager required to lead a team of workforce administrators and technical specialists.
- Not expected to be a deep technical expert, but rather a solutions-oriented leader who can unite technical staff and broker outcomes with business stakeholders. Strong people leader skills
- Acts as a key liaison between the business and the technical team, translating business needs and constraints into actionable solutions. Must be able to negotiate, influence, and sometimes push back on business demands (e.g., compliance, overtime).

- UKG/Kronos experience is a must – candidates must have significant hands-on exposure, ideally 10+ years, within large organisations reliant on time and attendance systems.
- Experience managing direct reports, specifically workforce administrators who support business units with timecards and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with line managers and key stakeholders across business groups.
- Solid people management skills, including the ability to build respect,



install a compliance focus, and influence managers to follow correct processes (e.g., paying overtime, accurate rostering).
- Background in enterprise/industrial agreements and their practical application is highly valued.
- Experience supporting rostering teams and handling BAU (business as usual) workforce management operations.

- Manages a team of 8 (workforce administrators and technical specialists), with direct and indirect reports.
- Works closely with technical support staff responsible for system configuration and organisational structure changes.

Key Stakeholders

- Large people management group including business managers, P&C; (People & Culture), and specific individuals such as Rostering GM, Lab Ops Manager, and HR.
- Influences broader business messaging and ensures compliance is embedded across the organisation.
