About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on people leader who knows how to bring a team together and create a store customers love to visit.

You’ll build genuine relationships with your team and customers, create an inspiring environment and lead your store towards strong commercial results.



From coaching and developing your people to delivering exceptional styling experiences, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve their best
- Create exceptional and personalised customer experiences
- Build genuine relationships with customers and your team
- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Create a positive, motivated and inclusive team environment
- Manage rostering, stock and day-to-day store operations
- Lead by example with energy, authenticity and a customer-first mindset

About You

You’re a confident and people-focused retail leader who loves fashion and knows how to create a team environment where people feel supported, motivated and proud of what they do.

You’ll bring:

- Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
- Fashion or premium retail experience
- A genuine passion for fashion, styling and customer experience
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills
- Commercial confidence with experience achieving sales and KPI targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, hands-on and authentic leadership style
