We're partnering with a well-established boutique accounting firm in Newcastle that's looking for an experienced Manager to lead a small, high-performing team while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished accounting professional who enjoys mentoring others, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a close-knit firm.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing a portfolio of business clients
- Leading and mentoring a team of 2+ accountants
- Reviewing financial statements and tax returns
- Providing business and taxation advice
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting the partners with workflow management and team development

About You

You'll have:

- CA or CPA qualification (essential)




- 10+ years' experience within public practice
- Previous experience managing a team of 2 or more
- Solid technical accounting and tax knowledge
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
