Supply Chain Administrator | SAPBarangaroo | 6 Month Temporary Assignment | Immediate StartAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Supply Chain Administrator to join a well-known global organisation based in Barangaroo.Working as part of a collaborative Supply Chain team, this is a hands-on, transaction-heavy position where you will spend a significant portion of your day working within SAP.We are looking for someone who is confident navigating SAP, comfortable with repetitive and high-volume transactional work and able to come in and hit the ground running. The RoleReporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include:

- Processing high volumes of sales orders through SAP
- Completing stock transfers and other SAP transactions
- Ensuring orders and inventory movements are processed accurately and efficiently
- Liaising closely with the company's third-party logistics provider
- Working with internal Supply Chain and Customer Care teams
- Responding to queries and resolving transactional or order-related issues




- Maintaining accurate records and data within SAP
- Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams and other Office applications
- Providing general administration support across the Supply Chain function

About YouThe key requirement for this position is solid, hands-on SAP experience.You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service or Logistics administration role
- Strong SAP experience, particularly processing sales orders
- Experience completing stock transfers or similar inventory transactions
- The ability to confidently navigate SAP with minimal training
- Strong data entry skills and excellent attention to detail
- Experience working in a high-volume, transaction-focused environment
- A personable and confident communication style
- The ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to ask questions when required
