About the Role

We are seeking proactive and experienced individuals to join our talent pool as Property Candidates. This is a fantastic prospect for those available immediately and open to short-term assignments in the property sector. By demonstrating your skills and dedication in a temporary capacity, you may be considered for long-term positions that align with your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the property team.
- Assist with data entry, maintaining accurate property records, and preparing reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, property inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Support the team with general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property or a related field.
- A property manager's license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
