supporting 2 senior Partners as well as other fee earners.While the role covers the full range of Legal Assistant responsibilities, billing is a significant component. You’ll be responsible for managing complex billing requirements and client-specific processes, so strong attention to detail and an appreciation for the importance of accurate billing will be essential.

- Managing complex billing processes and client-specific billing requirements
- Supporting 2 Partners and other fee earners with their day-to-day legal support needs
- End-to-end file and matter management, from opening through to finalisation
- Diary, meeting and appointment coordination
- Preparing legal documents, presentations and correspondence
- Assisting with events, client activities and business development initiatives
- Managing competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working collaboratively with the wider Legal Assistant and Administrative Assistant team
