The Role:

You’ll join as an AI/ML Engineer, building and deploying AI systems that improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across mission-critical operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to ship quickly, work closely with domain experts, and turn complex processes into production-ready AI workflows.

What You’ll Do:

- Build AI systems that improve accuracy, speed, and decision-making
- Turn complex operational processes into AI-driven workflows




- Deploy ML solutions into production at scale
- Work closely with domain experts, users, and founders
- Help shape the engineering culture as the team grows

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience in AI/ML engineering or research
- A track record of delivering AI/ML projects from concept to production
- Solid product instincts and a bias for shipping
- The ability to work well with non-technical users
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Excitement for an intense, high-performance culture
