Step into a locum role at Collie Hospital in Western Australia's South West region, approximately 185km south of Perth.

Set in the picturesque Collie River Valley, the town of Collie was historically WA’s most important coal mining town. Today, it’s a nature-lover's dream, with plenty of nature trails, wildflower hotspots, swimming holes and bush camping spots to explore.

The position
Our client is seeking Senior Medical Practitioners / GPs or Senior Specialists to join their emergency department. You’ll handle wide-ranging shifts, ensure patient care, and leverage your expertise.

- 10-hour on site shifts
- Hourly rates $200-$230* per hour, maximum 10 hours on site
- Full 24-hour shift $2,300-$2,600*, with on call and close availability
- Accommodation, airfares, hire car/or mileage included**

*Hourly rate dependent on experience & qualifications.

You will have

- AHPRA registration as a Specialist with FRACGP, FACRRM or FACEM,



or recognition by AHPRA of overseas qualification and registered with AHPRA as a Specialist GP (can obtain with our support)
- Minimum 3 years recent Australian/New Zealand experience in Emergency Medicine and Australian Rural Generalist experience
- ALS2/REACT or equivalent in the last three years
- Evidence of current competence in the management of life threatening emergencies
