This is an opportunity to shape infrastructure, network and architecture across a complex, geographically dispersed business.

We're partnering with a large, well-established Australian organisation to appoint a Head of Infrastructure, Network & Architecture.

The opportunity

You'll lead the organisation's Network, Infrastructure and Architecture functions, balancing reliable day-to-day operations with longer-term transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Infrastructure & Network: Lead enterprise infrastructure and connectivity, ensuring availability, performance, scalability and resilience.
- Architecture & Strategy: Develop technology roadmaps, establish architecture standards and align investment with business priorities.
- Service Delivery & Resilience: Strengthen service management, disaster recovery, business continuity and incident management.
- Commercial Management: Oversee strategic vendors, MSPs, telecommunications providers, budgets and supplier performance.
- People & Stakeholders: Lead and develop technical teams while partnering with senior business leaders and global technology stakeholders.

About you

You're an experienced technology leader who can operate strategically while understanding the practical realities of running enterprise infrastructure.

You'll ideally bring:

- Significant leadership experience across enterprise infrastructure, networking and/or technology operations.
- Strong knowledge of WAN, SD-WAN, LAN, wireless, network security and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory.




- A track record of delivering infrastructure transformation and operational improvement.
- Robust commercial acumen, stakeholder management and people leadership skills.

Experience in retail, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality or another large, multi-site environment will be highly regarded.
